Jesus said, “‘Which of these three, do you think, was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of the robbers?’  He said, ‘The one who showed him mercy.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Go and do likewise.’” (Luke 10:36-37)  Through our outreach ministry we bring the mercy of God’s love to people in our local community as well as the Lehigh Valley and the world.  We do this by collecting food items for local food banks, hosting seniors’ day at St. Luke’s each month, hosting a huge community ice cream festival each summer, and many other activities.
